How uPVC Double Glazed Windows and Doors Protect You and Your Home

Another Thermotek Security and Safety Success Story

A recent case study from happy Melbourne customer, Anil-Priyanka:

What problem were you trying to solve?

Unfortunately, we had a forced entry break-in during the lockdown. This was the ultimate test for the windows and doors supplied and installed. The burglars were unsuccessful in getting through the Thermotek windows and doors.

I have always been secretly confident that these double-glazed windows were secure. This particular incident has actually PROVED how secure they are. The burglars tried many tactics. The police can attest to the fact that they tried to gain entry through the Thermotek windows but could NOT.

Why did you choose Thermotek?

I searched high and low a few years ago. A few companies were either too pushy or had inferior quality windows and doors. Thermotek Windows won me over when I visited their showroom in Bentleigh! They had all different styles, types and colours of windows. Most importantly, the QUALITY of the doors and windows are solid. They are European but manufactured in Australia. It’s uPVC. It’s the real deal.

I swear by double-glazing. So if you are in doubt about changing your windows and doors to double-glazed, I’d say do it and do it NOW. Security, safety, soundproofing, insulation and energy efficiency are all huge attributes. These factors all impact your daily living.

What did you think of the service and sales team and our process?

The friendly and supportive staff was an added bonus. Thermotek’s unparalleled level of attention, empathy, care and responsiveness has been outstanding. Not only have Thermotek proven to be a good company for double-glazed doors. But they have also proven to be an attentive business.

Thermotek has taken the time to listen to my concerns in the past and gave advice based on my requirements. I have liaised with Kristy, Susan, Tom and the installation team. They are ALL professional and provide excellent service.

I am now ordering more products from Thermotek. Michael has gone above and beyond. Listening, understanding and assessing what our house requires, what is suitable, etc.

Michael advised and provided a customised solution and I am so grateful for that. He has put my mind at ease and provides outstanding customer service. He is an asset to the company. I will continue to come back to Thermotek again if I ever move house.

Why would you recommend Thermotek?

If you are in doubt of which company to go with – call Thermotek. You’ll see for yourself how well they will look. The one thing that trumps this is that their product is superior and THAT is why you should choose them.

I highly recommend Thermotek if you are after European standard double-glazed windows. I gladly recommended them to my friends and family when I changed ALL my windows and some doors a few years ago.
