Confirming your Window Replacement:

Ensure you send your payment remittance to info@thermotekwindows.com.au.

We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for our installers to visit

and take millimetre correct production measurements of your windows prior to manufacture.

Window Replacement – Order and Installation Process:

  • Thermotek energy-efficient windows and doors are custom made to fit your home.
  1. Deposit of 10% is required to confirm your order.
  2. First 40% payment will be payable at the time of final measure. This will commence production of your windows. Our installers will visit to take production measurements prior to manufacturing your windows.
  3. Second 40% payment due one week prior to delivery and installation of your new windows. Please note: Payment must be cleared within 48 hours of installation.
  4.  Final balance is payable on installation. Your presence on the day of installation is
  • required to inspect completed works and final payment is to be paid on completion of your installation with remittance emailed through to info@thermotekwindows.com.au.
  • Your quotation includes removal and disposal of your existing windows/doors (not applicable on a new build).
  • Feel free to visit our showroom to view our complete window range or contact us to discuss, revise or to confirm your order.
  • Price is subject to change upon final detail of order confirmation.
  • The products have a 10 year guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials.

In the event of unforeseen delays, no responsibility is accepted by the company for late delivery and/or installation.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide the correct information and confirm all details of designs for the purpose of this quote.
  • Orders once placed cannot be altered without the consent of the company.
  • Painting of reveals and architraves is not included in the quotation.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to prepare and paint these items after the completion of the windows and doors installation.
  • On installation day it is the client’s responsibility to remove and reinstall any window furnishings. You are also required to clear the work area from any furniture for easy   access to your windows and doors.
  • In the circumstance that window furnishings are not removed Thermotek Windows will charge anywhere from $200 per window/door for the removal / reinstallation of window furnishings. This can also result in delays of your window/door installation.
  • You agree to have your installation photos used for Thermotek Windows advertising purposes on social media and print works.
  • Cancellation of the order prior to the commencement of manufacture will require the purchaser to pay 50% of the full order amount.
  • No order may be cancelled if the manufacture of the goods ordered has commenced or has been completed.

  • Thermotek does not supply architraves or do any flashing, corking or finishing works for the windows and doors supplied. These works are the sole responsibility of the client/builder
  • On installation day (where applicable) it is the client’s responsibility to clear the work area for easy access to your windows and doors.
  • You agree to have your installation photos used for Thermotek Windows advertising purposes on social media and print works.

  • For “supply only” contracts, the installation of all products supplied by Thermotek Windows is the sole responsibility of the client. No responsibility or liability will be accepted for faulty or improper installation by the client or a third party.
  • Acid used for cleaning brickwork should be prevented from dripping onto uPVC. Thermotek will not be responsible for any damage caused by acid wash.
