Double Glazed Windows and Doors for Your Existing Home

Whether you are renovating, upgrading, or just need some new windows, double glazing your windows and doors is definitely the best choice you can make. There is no home that cannot be fitted with double glazing. There are many different options for double glazing your existing windows.

Retrofitting Double Glazing

Retrofit Double Glazing, also called Replacement Double Glazing, is genuine double glazing fitted to your existing frames. This is a great, cost-effective way to double glaze your home. Learn more about Retrofit Replacement Double Glazing here… TwinGlaze Eco offers a genuine double glazed IGU that is retrofitted into your existing window frames. Secondary Glazing

There are some ‘secondary glazing’ options out there. Secondary glazing allows the single glazed window to be fitted with a second, transparent acrylic pane via magnetic strips. This is NOT genuine double glazing and customers purchasing ‘secondary glazing’ miss out on many benefits. You can generally achieve retrofitting with TwinGlaze genuine double glazing at the same cost as most secondary glazing.
